01 - WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Fun and all about is connected to game arts is touring out to be a most effective form of learning. “Ludic” learning, learning while you’re playing, that’s our challenge. Show up your own ways to aware any age public about ecologic themes and environment’s respect. Just tell us about yours suggestion to protect water resources and, again further more, tell us how you think would be an innovative way to teach children how to speak foreign languages or basic maths and physics knowledge; how to learn, understand and compose music and videos by using interactive games.
That’s our challenge, your goal too!
Lud In 01 offers the chance to young artist, students and designers and passionates from all over the planet to show the world their own creations, into the exposing spaces of the Muv Festival 2011.

02 – SUBMISSIONS

Submissions open to (interaction) designers, artists, researchers, architects and students from around the world. Participation is free of charge.

03 – DEADLINE

All projects must reach within by May 25th, 2011. After this date we’ll not accept any more projects. Participants should ensure originality of ideas and authorship of thir project sent. List of selected projects will be published on the web-site www.firenzemuv.com and the related press release will be broadcasted by the end of May.

04 – PROJECT SELECTION

Selected projects will be introduced during Muv 2011 and they will stay at public’s disposal by the festival duration: a unique opportunity to test your interactive project during an electronic-music happening.
Lud In does not have large resources. The total budget will be divided among the projects selected, depending on the needs of production, transportation and installation. We will also cover travel expenses and hospitality for the authors of the selected projects. Equipments and technologies in common use (projectors, screens, sound systems, monitors, mixers, etc.) will also available if required previously!

05 - SUBSCRIPTION

The subscription form is available online.
The form must be filled in all its parts. Not in line projects will be refused. Projects received will be included in the archives of the festival and wont be returned. Each participant can send only a maximum of 2 projects. Groups of people must be registered with one name only.
Copy of your artwork must be in Florence not later than May the 25th, 2011 to this address:

06 – COPYRIGHT

Designer is the only owner of intellectual property and copyright. By participating the contest, designers guarantee Lud In the right to publish and promote (fully or partially) their sent projects, with any further permission or notice, and without returning ant reward to the author. Lud In assumes that submitted projects are original and that paternity of ideas is on participants itself. Lud In therefore, cannot considered as responsible in case of violation author’s copyright, including of registered trademarks, and infringement of patent.
Lud In will be publishing any author’s credits of pics and audiovisual, if attached.
